Reporting a problem with a tool
Say which tool you used, what browser and device you were on, and the image’s format and approximate dimensions. If the tool showed an error message, quote it exactly — it usually names the limit that was reached.
Please don’t attach private images. Describing what you did and what happened instead is normally enough to reproduce it.
What we can’t do
Your images are never uploaded, so no copy of them exists here. If you closed the tab before downloading a result, it is gone and cannot be recovered — start again from your original file.
We also can’t edit or convert an image on your behalf. The tools are the whole service; nobody is processing files behind them.
Before you write
Every tool page ends with the questions people actually ask about that tool, which is usually quicker than waiting for a reply. See the image stretcher FAQ or browse all tools.
What happens to your message
Your message and email address are used only to reply to you. They are not published, passed on, or added to any mailing list — the privacy policy covers the rest.
