Using the tools
Photo Stretcher is free to use and needs no account. You can use it to stretch, resize, fit, crop or compress images you have the right to use. You are responsible for the images you process. Because processing happens in your browser, the site never sees, checks or stores them.
Intellectual property
The Photo Stretcher name, along with this site's design, text, illustrations and code, belongs to Photo Stretcher. Please don't copy, republish or adapt them without permission. Your images are a separate matter: they never leave your device, so nothing you process here is claimed, licensed or acquired by this site — the file stays entirely yours.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is", without a guarantee of availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Results depend on your source image, your settings and your browser. Enlarging an image cannot add detail the original doesn't have, and a file-size target is met as closely as the image allows, not to the exact byte.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Photo Stretcher is not responsible for lost files, lost work, lost earnings, or any indirect or knock-on loss that follows from using the tools. Keep your originals. Every export is a new copy, and once you close the page the site holds nothing that could be recovered for you.
Acceptable use
Don't use the tools on images you have no right to use, or in any way that breaks the law. Automated or excessive requests meant to disrupt the site are not allowed.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out to platform documentation and other references. Those sites are run by other people: their content, their terms and their handling of your data are their own, and a link is not an endorsement.
Advertising
If advertising is added in the future, it will be clearly labeled and kept out of the tools themselves, away from download buttons and anything that could be mistaken for a control.
Changes to the tools
Tools, formats and size presets may be added, changed or withdrawn as the site develops — platform dimensions in particular change when the platforms themselves change. Nothing here is guaranteed to stay available in its current form.

These terms are published in several languages for convenience. The versions are meant to say the same thing.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
